Displaying in a new state is something that excites the entire Eyes of Freedom team. When we were asked to come to West Virginia to display thanks to the staff at Beard Mortuary, we were excited, as this was a brand new state to us. As with many of our events, this one started out with a large police and motorcycle escort welcoming us into town. This is something that we never get tired of being a part of. The two-day event provided the community a place to stop in and pay tribute to our incredible military. A lot of the local media came by to not only hear about our mission, but to help get the word out that this is something that is not to be missed. While West Virginia ended up being our seventeenth state, we look forward to keeping the momentum and visiting many more in the years to come, thanks to R+L Carriers, our official transportation provider.
