Lancaster, Ohio was the location for the 2014 “Freedom’s Never Free” event. The mission of the event sent a familiar echo within our team, matching the same dedication to honor all those that have served in the military. We were welcomed into Lancaster from one of the largest escorts we have ever been part of. It was just as incredible to view, as it was to hear with hundreds of motorcycles leading the way into town. Familiar faces and new friends dropped by experiencing what we have been taking across the country, learning and reacting in many different ways. A huge dinner took place on closing day, with EoF’s own Mike Strahle speaking and a very patriotic performance by Remnant Expressive Signing Team. Chief Meteorologist Jim Ganahl from WCMH-TV in Columbus was the MC for the evening. The event concluded with a very emotional flag ceremony with Shane Ronan performing bagpipes.
