The folks from the Carroll County Fair first contacted us in August of 2017 about bringing us in for the 2018 fair. While the event had been scheduled a year in advance, it was here before the EoFteam had noticed. Starting off with a powerful motorcycle escort into Carrollton with nearby storms looming, the locals in the area really welcomed us into town. During the week we were very fortunate to meet so many people that were truly moved by what we brought them. Tom Indorfof the Save 22 non-profit) was on hand to help spread the word about Silent Battle by bringing in several pictures of service members that have lost their battle with PTSD. This made the mission of Silent Battle even more personal. The hospitality of this event was incredible thanks to everyone that brought us to town including JessicaUjcichand her entire team. We can’t thank you enough! Big thanks go to R+L employee Bob Richey for not only his military service, but being a great help to the team.
